Halloween Cupcake Decorations

On Thursday 21st October we took part in a Zoom class for creating cake decorations. The class was given by Mary Harte from Kater4Kidz and was organised through Waterford Teachers’ Centre.

We used lots of white fondant, buttercream, marshmallows, strawberry laces, coloured fondant and some cookies and biscuits. It was great to be able to follow Mary’s instructions as we went along. We are confident that our ‘eerie eyeballs’, ‘magnificent mummies’, ‘ghoulish ghosts’ and ‘spectacular spiders’ taste as good as they look!
